About Us

Matthew’s passion for the gaming and music industries led him to found ICC back in 2004. It was the start of a new challenge but an amazing experience. He wanted to take the gaming industry to another level but above all to provide the best service to his clients.

ICC wasn’t just a shop, as it was also a place where local gamers had the opportunity to share their views on games, debate and above all discuss between friends. Over the years his clients became friends, and eventually considered them as his second family.

In September 2022, Matthew got the sad news that he was suffering from a terminal illness, and his survival rate was narrow. This was a huge blow, but with the love and support of his loved ones, he got the courage to fight through this tough battle. During his dull days, he always mentioned that his main concerns were letting his wife Daniela behind him and closing down ICC.

In June 2023, Matthew’s condition deteriorated, and he eventually announced on social media that due to his health situation, the Iklin shop will be closed and ICC shall continue to operate online. The support messages from clients and friends were endless. This is when he actually realised that his clients and friends were really grateful for what he has tried to achieve for the local gaming community since the beginning of ICC.

Unfortunately, Matthew passed away on the 25th of June 2023. His smile will be missed, but his wife Daniela will continue his legacy so that his name will live on.
